RFI Responders are asked to respond to one or more of the following 4 lots: Lot 1: Media Planning and Buying for Dublin, Cork and ARI: — the development of media strategies and plans, — purchasing and reporting of online (programmatic display and social) and offline media channels, — quarterly share of voice reports and competitor analysis, — ongoing media market updates. Lot 2: Creative Services for Dublin and ARI: — activation of current creative assets, — development of new creative assets as appropriate. Lot 3: Digital Communications for Dublin, Cork and ARI — development of digital plans, digital creative and campaign management for email, sms, social, rich media display advertising and web landing page design. Lot 4: Management of Search for Dublin, Cork and ARI — search engine optimisation/organic search, — management of paid search and paid social, reporting and analytics.
