Vivid’s current contract with their existing window cleaning provider is up for renewal in March 2019. We are tendering these services early to give prospective providers the chance to survey these properties in order to give us an accurate price. Vivid have a large number of properties requiring window cleaning services. Prices are to be submitted in accordance with the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates version 7. These are used by most housing providers to easily benchmark costs. Prospective bidders are encouraged to price the properties in the list using a +/- variation to these rates.
