To establish a framework list for approved contractors list for repair and maintenance works across: — Dorest Wide NHS Trust. — Poole NHS Foundation Hospital Trust. — The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. — Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust. — Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. PAT Testing, electrical wiring, lighting and lightning protection testing steeplejacks, switches, amperage fuses, meters, cables and conduits are firmly attached to walls or beams and that nothing is hanging from them, HV Electrical switchgear and transformers maintenance, Dishwashers, washing machines, disposal systems, sewage, gutter cleaning, gas plumping specialist, gulley, pipes, drains, leaky faucets, sink traps and building trap (basement). Key cutting, door locks, auto car keys, security safes, repairs, keys. Broken windows, repairing locks, blinds, easing frames, latches, locks, repair and replace. Kitchen Maintenance oven, ductworks, dishwasher, and any other heavy duty kitchen appliances. Filter, air handling units, disposable, reusable, ventilation, extraction, ductwork, axial fans, compress air. Air conditioning, mortuary, packed chillers, ducting. Medical gas pipelines, alarm systems, air compressors vacuum plant. De-humidifiers, tower hire, fencing panels, hi vis barriers, air conditioning units, fans .. Water treatment plant/systems, legionella, disinfection equipment, filters, inspection testing and maintenance of thermostatic mixing valves. Rats, Insects, Birds etc New and replacement of signage Clean drains, replace or repair loose roofing, fire gas suppression systems. Fire gas suppression systems, repair and maintenances to fire equipments, services Repair pot holes, damaged pathways, loose paving.
