Tender description

South Lanarkshire Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of a comprehensive Pest Control, Industrial Cleaning and other Environmental Services throughout the South Lanarkshire Area. The Council wishes to commission a sole contractor to provide a comprehensive pest control and certain public health services for domestic and other premises including those in Council ownership. The following pests and public health services are to be included within the service: — Section 2: Rats and Mice, — Section 3: Treatment of Rodents in Sewers, — Section 4: Wasps and Bees, — Section 5: Pest Control at Council Properties, — Section 6: Grey Squirrels, — Section 7: Insects of Public Health/Non-Public Health Significance, — Section 8: Cleaning and Disinfection of “Dirty Houses”, — Section 9: Proofing of buildings/structures against bird ingress and/or installation of bird deterrent measures. The Council wishes to commission comprehensive pest control and certain public health services for domestic and other premises including those in Council ownership.
