Tender description
CBMDC (the Council) is currently under a two year contract which expires on 28th January 2019 for the following two systems: (1) PCN correspondence system (‘PCNCS’) automated letter writing system for parking appeals and challenges called Response Master. This system creates reply letters to motorists who have contested a Penalty Charge Notice. And (2) Self-serve PCN query-answering system (‘SSQAS’) called Self –Serve. This system is accessed by motorists online. This is a pre-procurement exercise to support the Council's understanding of the current market for a PCNCS & SSQAS system.
