Tender description
A contract for the delivery of a comprehensive lift maintenance planned and reactive service. The project consist of a “fully comprehensive” planned and reactive service as set out in the: — Appendix A: specification and — Appendix B: E24 – lift but mainly consist of: —— the maintenance; —— service; —— SAFed testing; —— attending breakdowns and “call-outs” and repair to passenger/goods lifts; —— goods lifts; —— stairlifts and platform lifts in buildings maintained or owned by the University. The estimated value of the service/works is between 320 000 GBP to 572 000 GBP.
