Leeds City College and Leeds College of Building Lift & Hoist Maintenance Contract

Leeds City College Group ('the College') is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of comprehensive lift and hoist maintenance, testing and inspection services across all required sites in the Leeds City College group. These inspections must be conducted in line with current legislation, current at time of inspection, taking into account any updates or changes to legal requirements such as may be legislated during the scope of the contract. The work comprises an all-in comprehensive maintenance schedule and service, including periodic testing and inspection, a 24 hour call out service to address break downs and entrapments and provide any planned or responsive modification, alteration, OOC works and additions to the lift & hoists in operation within the estate. Where OOC costs are estimated to be above a predetermined threshold the College reserves the right to seek alternate quotations for the stated services.
