North London Waste Authority is seeking a financial consultant to advise and support on: 1) The North London heat and power project, including advice on capital investment options, funding approach and risk profiles, benefits and revenue costs associated with various options and 2) all aspects of the authority’s waste management requirements and consequential impacts on other aspects of the authority’s activities. Details of the scope of services can be found in the procurement documents. The NLHPP is NLWA's project to construct and commission an energy recovery facility and associated plant to replace the existing energy from waste facility at the Edmonton EcoPark. The development consent order for the NLHPP was made on 18.3.2017. Details of the scope of services can be found at Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
