Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) are seeking a single supplier to provide lone worker devices and associated support services including the provision of an Alarm Receiving Centre. This prior information notice is being published for the purpose of early market engagement only. We are keen to engage with innovative suppliers to explore the potential to create a framework that will be available for all housing associations and local authorities in Wales to join if they so wish. The broad scope of service requirements have been determined to a high level, and we welcome suggestions from potential suppliers for the purpose of preparing the procurement (provided that such advice does not have the effect of distorting competition and does not result in a violation of the principles of non-discrimination and transparency). This Market Testing exercise is designed to inform CCG of the markets ability to deliver an innovative service that will meet the needs of the organisation (and the wider public sector in Wales), and to provide a solution which will deliver value for money. It is anticipated that the contract notice will be published by early December 2018.
