Drainage Asset Management Data software contract

Tender description

Gloucestershire County Council requires Drainage Asset Management Data Software able to manage drainage data more intelligently rather than our current system of using Confirm and bespoke spreadsheets. We are looking for software that will help us manage existing and new drainage assets (e.g. adopted developments), help us target funding more effectively, while dramatically improving efficiencies in programming and scheme management. The Authority's aim is to enter into a Contract with a single Bidder (which may be a Consortium) for a hosted software package to deliver the functionality of the Drainage software set out in Schedule 1 Specification: Business and Technical Requirements Catalogue. The contact will be subject to the Terms and Conditions provided and associated Schedules. We expect to keep the software for at least 5 years and expect your costs to reflect the costs of operation over a 5 year term to enable fair comparison between bidders. The Tender Process seeks to determine the most economically advantageous Tender for the Authority. This will be a compliant and sustainable (i.e. not "abnormally low") bid with an overall score higher than any other Bidder's overall score.. The Quality : Price ratio for this tender is 70 : 30.
