Access Road to Corcagh Grange PPP site

Tender description

The advanced roadworks included iin this tender are required to provide access to the Corkagh Grange PPP Site. The works consist of as new access road approximatley 230m long which will include footpaths and associated services, a new T-junction which will include a new right-hand turning lane, and rel0cating the existing bus stop on Old Nangor Road. The works will include the following; The duties of the Project Supervisor at Construction Stage(PSCS), design of temporary traffic management plans including the duties to co-ordinate with the Project Supervisor at Design Process (PSDP) for the TTM design, kerbs, utility diversions and liaison, earthworks, landscaping, hoarding, traffic signals, retaining structures, accomodation works, drainage, wastewater, road lighting, boundary treatment, road lining and signing, footpaths, full pavement construction and to tie into existing.
