Tender description

Wheels 2 Work is a term used to describe schemes which provide affordable transport to individuals who are unable to access public or private transport for employment, and in some cases training and/or education. ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is aiming to procure a supplier to provide the Wheels to Work scheme on the local authorities behalf. The scheme will provide a small fleet of scooter / mopeds to enable local residents with transport issues to access work, training and education. The main benefit of the scheme is to provide accessibility for local people without access to transport
