TD1325 - Measured Term contract for Hard Landscape Maintenance and Minor Works

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply of works in respect of a measured term contract for hard landscape maintenance and minor works. The measured term contract will cover reactive (day to day) repairs and minor works for hard landscape elements including site clearance, ground works, paths, walls, hard paved areas, sports and play area surfacing and equipment, drainage, fencing and gates, painting and street furniture. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 5 August 2018. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
