Staff and Resident Surveys

Tender description

The London Borough of Merton is looking for one or two experienced suppliers in the field of staff and resident engagement and satisfaction of qualitative and quantitative surveys. The supplier will need to show how they will improve the completion rate of surveys. The account manager will also be required to be available throughout the life of the survey and be able to attend meetings at short notice at no additional cost to the London Borough of Merton. This may include early mornings and late evenings and will usually take place on the authorities’ premises.
