Single Party Framework Agreement to support BIM with the implementation of the Organisational Design

BIM has recently concluded an Organisational Design (OD) process to coincide with the development of the Strategic Plan 2018 – 2020. The OD seeks to ensure that BIM is optimally structured to enable delivery of the strategic objectives and to ensure that the needs of the seafood industry can be seamlessly delivered. To deliver the Organisational Design, BIM proposes a Single Party Framework Agreement with an external supplier to support the BIM Human Resource function and the senior leadership team with the implementation and delivery of the revised structure. Tenderers are invited to quote for project management of the implementation, to be undertaken in close collaboration with BIM. The Framework Agreement will run for up to a maximum of two (2) years. There is no guarantee of any expenditure under this framework.
