Request for Tender to conduct and manage an EPA Employee Engagement Survey

Tender description

Through extensive consultation with employees on the HRD Strategy, a key action identified is to establish a baseline and set future targets in relation to employee engagement and resilience by designing and conducting an employee engagement survey. In this regard, tthe EPA has decided to use the Civil Service Employee Engagement Survey 2015 & 2017 (CSEES) questions as the basis for its surveys, together with additional EPA specific questions. This will allow comparisons to be drawn against the EPA’s closest comparator. It is envisaged that the EPA will issue two surveys one in September 2018 and a second survey over the course of the strategy. The EPA would like to contract a service provider with expertise in conducting online employee engagement surveys, compiling and analysing the data / results, and presenting the reports in a format agreed by the EPA.
