NUI Galway is seeking a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to: — mechanical, — electrical, — building services, — cleaning, — porterage, — grounds maintenance (hard and soft), — handyman, — A/V Support, — works projects and helpdesk services to the human Biology, — LCSI and CTRF buildings in Galway, Ireland. NUI Galway expects the FM contract to commence in October 2016 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 years. NUI Galway may extend the scope of this contract to cover the FM service provisions, to selected other locations. Procurement for reputable facilities management contractor to directly deliver and manage technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to: — mechanical, — electrical, — building services, — cleaning, — porterage, — grounds maintenance (hard and soft), — handyman, — AV support, — works projects and helpdesk services to the human biology, — LCSI and TRF buildings at NUI Galway.
