Provision of Graphic Design Services

Tender description

The National Transport Authority requires a Graphic Designer to work on a variety of public transport related projects. The successful tenderer’s main duties shall include: • Working within the Authority’s Customer Experience section on-site in NTA’s offices for a minimum of three working days per week. The successful tenderer may work off-site for the other two working days; • Designing print material including, but not limited to brochures, leaflets, infographics, advertisements, maps and posters in line with brand guidelines where applicable; • Designing digital material including, but not limited to website banners, web pages, digital ads, and presentation templates in line with brand guidelines where applicable; • Editing a wide range of existing print and online material; • Advising the Authority on how to brief appropriately to achieve the best graphic design outcomes in terms of time, cost and quality; • Saving artwork files in an accessible, version-controlled manner on the Authority’s central server; • Assisting the Authority to commission larger pieces of design work from third party suppliers in a structured, cost effective manner. This list is not exhaustive; it reflects the nature of the duties included in the role. Given the nature of the Authority’s work, the role is subject to change over time.
