Tender description

Vivid had several pest control subcontractors operating within it’s operational area as part of historical spend pre-merger. As a result of this Procurement we wish to award both Lots to one Contractor to ensure consistency across our housing stock and allow us to provide best value for money, whilst partnering with the successful Contractor to minimise the requirement for pest call-outs. The successful Contractor shall provide Pest control services to Vivid offices, housing blocks, foyers, residential care homes and sheltered accommodation for the elderly and other vulnerable members of the community within each region. Provide a comprehensive Pest Control Service to the benefit of Vivid, its residents. The standard of Pest Control Services within Vivid sites plays an important part in maintaining the health and wellbeing of the individuals residing and entering each site. The successful supplier(s) shall continually seek to enhance the performance of the services whilst decreasing the cost to Vivid through the concept of continuous improvement. As per Lot 1
