Tender description
HRIS System for the employees and management of Scottish Enterprise (SE). Skills Development Scotland, on behalf of Scottish Enterprise, has a requirement to procure a cloud based (Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the organisation gain efficiencies in providing HR services across all staff levels.
