Tender description

This project is only open to suppliers who have ben shortlisted on Fusion 21 Framework Arrangement Warwick District Council invites tenders for the provision of Cyclical Painting and Decorating for properties owned, or managed by Warwick District Council, on an ad-hoc basis, in accordance with the specification and ITT documents. The contract is for the external painting and decorating of circa 700 dwellings during the financial period of 2018/19. The architype is predominately made up of terraced, end terraced, semi-detached or detached houses of no more than 2 storeys in height. The Council has adopted the mini competition procedure using the Fusion 21 Cyclical Decoration and Repairs framework. The contract will be for a fixed term to Friday 29.3.2019 The Contract Value is approximately 150 000,00 GBP.
