Dacorum Borough Council is looking for an experienced market operator to run its various markets based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire including: — Marlowe Market in the main town centre, — The Old Town Market based in the old town high street and — Speciality Markets The market operator will be: —— responsible for appointing, organising and managing the traders at the market; —— responsible for the collection of rents; —— working with the Hemel Hempstead Business Improvement District (BID); —— expected to undertake local marketing and advertising initiatives The full specification is included in the Part B document.
