ITT_29839 - Modular Ward Corridor

Tender description

The Royal United Hospitals Bath wish to appoint a Contractor via a single stage tendering process for the Construction of a new Link Corridor connecting its Wolfson Building Corridor to a new Modular Ward Block. The works includes: - - Minor alterations to the existing Wolfson Corridor. - Construction and fit out of a new link corridor to the Modular Ward Block with escape stairs and ramps. - Liaison with the RUH Estates & Facilities Department regarding the delivery and installation of the new Modular Ward Block and co-ordination of services connections to be extended from Wolfson Building to the Modular Ward Block via the new Link Corridor. (These Works are to be carried out by the RUH using their own Contractors who will require access to the site). - Associated external hard and soft landscaping, drainage and services adaptations.
