General Plumbing and Mechanical Works

Tender description

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service are going out to Tender for General Plumbing and Mechanical Works. To supply Property Call-Off Services for internal and external General Plumbing and Mechanical Works as required throughout the term of the Contract period at any of LFRS's premises and other leased premises located in Lancashire. It is anticipated that the scope of the Contract will include Internal and External Plumbing and Mechanical Installation Works to include for example replacement of toilets seats to full replacement of bathrooms in LFRS offices and accommodation. LFRS does not guarantee the value or volume of work awarded under the Contract. The Suppler shall provide a 365/6 day per year 24 hour call out service, and a dedicated contact number for this service. Services will usually be required during normal working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and may be required 8am to 5pm at weekends, covering urgent and pre-planned work.
