Tender description

The Department for Infrastructure (NI) (The “Authority”) proposes to procure a replacement electronic street works and notification register (NISRANS) on behalf of NIRAUC. This managed service, to be hosted by the chosen contractor in a secure environment, is required from the 5.5.2019 and must cover the full range of street works activity in Northern Ireland involving the notification, registration, inspection and co-ordination of all works covered by the Street Works (NI) Order 1995 (as amended in 2007) and all associated Regulations made under the Order. The initial contract period is for a duration of 5 years and approx. 6 months (the first approx. 6 months will include the implementation phase followed by 5 years following Service commencement (Go Live)). There is also the option to extend this contract by a further 2 periods of 2 years from the end date of the initial contract period.
