Contract 15 - Building Supplies 2019-2021

Tender description

TThis Framework Contract will ensure availability of suitable Suppliers for the supply of goods required as detailed in the Specification included within the Tender Documents. The Framework is for an initial two year period with the option to extend for a further two twelve month periods. It is anticipated the Contract will commence on 1st March 2019. A mini competition will be carried out annually between the successful Contractors. Successfully awarded Contractors will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract. The Framework consists of the following 15 lots and a maximum of 3 Contractors will be on each Lot:- Contract 15 - Building Supplies Lot 1 Bricks Lot 2 Sand and cement Lot 3 Plaster and plasterboard Lot 4 Roofing materials Lot 5 Sundries (screws and nails) Lot 6 Sealants and adhesives Lot 7 Floor and wall tiles Lot 8 UPVC Trims Lot 9 Tools Lot 10 Hardware Lot 11 Gas bottles Lot 12 Drainage Lot 13 Small aggregates Lot 14 Specialist Grabrails and Ramps Lot 15 Miscellaneous Electronic applications and responses will only be accepted via the ProContract (NEPO) Portal before the deadline stated in the Tender documents.
