Contract 15 - Building Supplies 2019-2021

Tender description

This Framework Contract will ensure availability of suitable Suppliers for the supply of goods required as detailed in the Specification included within the Tender Documents. The Framework is for an initial two year period with the option to extend for a further two twelve month periods. A mini competition will be carried out annually between the successful Contractors. The Framework consists of Building Supplies 2019-2021 and the following are the fourteen lots:- Contract 15 Building Supplies Lot 1 Bricks Lot 2 Sand and cement Lot 3 Plaster and plasterboard Lot 4 Roofing materials Lot 5 Sundries (screws and nails) Lot 6 Sealants and adhesives Lot 7 Floor and wall tiles Lot 8 UPVC Glazing and doors Lot 9 Tools Lot 10 Ironmongery Lot 11 Gas bottles Lot 12 Drainage Lot 13 Small aggregates Lot 14 Safety Equipment Duration The initial Contract duration is for twenty four months with an option to extend for a further two, twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's Contract Standing Orders.
