Tender description

This contract is for a single operator framework for general maintenance, repairs and caretaking works, including emergency cover, to traveller specific accommodation throughout the Fingal Administrative Area. Traveller specific accommodation includes both halting sites and group housing schemes as detailed in The Works Requirements. The contractor will be required to provide an emergency service for the Council, 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. The contract period shall be for one year with the option by the Council to repeat the contract year on year to a maximum of four years.
