Tender description

The objective of this exercise is to understand the long-term potential for the demand management of water in domestic properties in England and Wales. The contractor will produce a report to inform Ofwat's long term strategy, including future price reviews. It will also be used to provide insight and expertise to other regulators and government departments on topics such as resilience, infrastructure investment and long-term value for money for water consumers. We intend to publish the report on our website, and seek views on its findings from a range of stakeholders, as part of the next phase of our demand management project in spring 2018.
