Tender description

VERITAS is a joint Army Headquarters (HQ) and Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) initiative designed to enable both organisations to make informed planning and management decisions based on a 'Single Version of the Truth' for Equipment and Logistics Defence Lines of Development. VERITAS underpins a number of processes including the Command Acquisition Support Plan, Activity and Resource Planning Conditioned Based Monitoring, Ammunition Management, Inventory Management, Critical Operational Spares Management, Fleet Management and Forecasting. The Contractor is to manage, train and deliver VERITAS to a wide user base across multiple sites and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the system and all relevant documentation primarily through a series of staged releases planned and managed by them in conjunction with the Authority. Tenderers are to note that a Bidders Conference will be held on 9.2.18 in Andover and places must be reserved by no later 7.2.18.
