Contract Award Notice for the requirement: The London Borough of Barnet (‘the Council’) is seeking a Leisure Partner to enable the Council to effectivelyand efficiently manage Barnet leisure facilities, balanced by securing and sustaining a positive annual revenueposition for the Council. Our vision is to ‘create a more active and healthy borough’ and a future Leisure CentreManagement Contract reinforces this approach. A range of public health outcomes will be integrated into afuture contract to enhance the connection between physical activity, sport and health. A Leisure Centre Management Contract will require facility management, operation and programme delivery offive existing leisure centres and two new proposed leisure centres, due to open by 31.3.2019. The contract may involve providing leisure programmes using the council's own parks, green spaces and/orlocal assets.
