Tender description
Donegal Fire Service wish to appointment a Management Consultant to undertake an operational review of the level of fire cover provided to the Fire Station Areas of Ballyshannon and Bundoran. It will involve optimisation modelling and simulation of the relevant operational data in order to determine what the optimal level of fire cover is and, what the optimum asset configuration for the area should be. The review will then produce an evidenced-based recommendation for the future of the Fire Services in the area.
