Pest-control services

Tender description

The Council requires suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake all aspects of pest control services for Council owned or managed sites. The requirement shall be divisible into three (3) lots and bidders may submit for a single lot or all 3. Lot 1 – A Preventative Service – The Council requires 1 contractor to undertake preventative measures to ensure Council buildings / sites are kept free from pests. Lot 2 – A Reactive Service – The Council requires a minimum of 2 contractors to provide a response to all ad-hoc requests for the treatment of pests. As part of this service the Council may require drainage investigations, these are drains owned by the Council (not the local water authority). Lot 3 – A Reactive Service – Moles and Birds – The Council requires a minimum of 2 contractors to provide a response to all ad-hoc requests for the treatment of moles and birds.
