Tender description

The FCA has awarded contracts for the provision of new office furniture, reuse and refurbish existing furniture and furniture support services for a term of 4 years. The contracts cover all FCA offices in the UK which currently includes an office of 100 people in Edinburgh. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new or refurbished FCA owned office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Workstations, — Task Chairs, — Filing cabinets, — Lockers. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Meeting room tables and chairs, — Boardroom furniture, — Restaurant furniture. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier/manufacturer for the procurement of new office furniture including, but not limited to, the following: — Breakout furniture, — Alternative work settings e.g. atrium collaboration, quiet zone. On-site furniture technicians; — Move management, — Management of keys and locks, — Managing FCA stock of crates and supply of additional crates, — Furniture storage, — Space planning and utilization management, — Signage such as changes due to moving management. The FCA is seeking to award a contract to a single supplier for the purchase and/or sustainable disposal of existing FCA office furniture. This will include items such as system furniture, filing, racks, meeting room tables, soft seating, kitchen equipment, AV equipment, etc.
