The selection of an Eircode Provider to facilitate address lookup, validation and verification services. The services required should: — Have the ability to integrate seamlessly into existing (Java and .Net technology based) systems, — Via real-time API or similar technology, — To facilitate existing and new and existing information technology systems with the ability to provide Eircode lookup addressing functionality, — The facility should provide "two-way lookup" functionality, — Ideally utilising "auto-complete" technology to append the official Eircode of a property to an address, — Ideally, the address lookup functionality should cater for both structured and alias address matching, — The proposed solution should also be accessible through the Irish language, — Drawdown days for support and advisory services such as application development expertise to integrate the provided APIs may also be required.
