Tender description
BEIS is seeking to appoint financial advisers for the duration of the design and delivery process for the Horizon project in Wylfa (targeting conclusion by 2021/22). The objectives we expect a financial advisor to assist in achieving are to: • Maximise our confidence that the projects will deliver; • Minimise the funding required of HMG sources and consumers; and • Ensure that there is minimal risk to the public balance sheet; while • Achieving state aid compliance; and • Achieving effective competitive tension between projects, reducing costs.
