Tender description

Supply of Electricity to public sector organisations with supporting ancillary services. Suppliers will be expected to provide flexible billing services, administration, query management and transparent pricing for the customer. Suppliers will also be expected to support Crown Commercial Services trading functionality by providing access to trading services, advisors, bespoke reporting, price to market options, and peer to peer (P2P) energy trading services. Framework agreement for the supply of approximately 11 TWh of electricity to meet requirements of 820 customers across 21 000 meters managed via an aggregated, flexible, risk managed approach. Please note these volumes may change in line with growth or attrition of the portfolio during the life of the agreement.Organisations volume is aggregated together for trading and organisations have the ability to select a locked or variable purchasing strategy. Supplier will be expected to provide services including: billing, admin activities, customer query management, transparent pricing, Energy / Carbon reduction/management advice and guidance and implementation of recommendations (which may include sourcing of third - party services / technology); Export Agreements and Balancing Services, peer to peer (P2P) energy trading platform. The decision as to whether to split the agreement into lots is yet to be determined and therefore we will seek to conduct a series market engagement activities.
