Tender description
Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to procure a provider of hosted, fully managed Electronic Document Management solution to digitise the existing paper medical records. Additionally, the Trust is seeking a supplier to outsource the scanning of the paper medical records for presentation in the EDMS. Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to procure a supplier of Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions to provide: — Hosting services to specified SLAs, — A fully hosted EDM solution on a "software as a service" basis, — Ingest information from a range of existing applications. The selected supplier will be expected to work closely with the chosen outsourced scanning provider to deliver a high-quality service to the Trust. Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to procure a supplier to provide a fully outsourced managed scanning service to scan the existing paper medical records. The selected supplier will be expected to work closely with the chosen EDM solution provider to deliver a high-quality service to the Trust.
