Carriageway resurfacing works

Tender description

Dorset County Council is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System will be used to procure Road Surface Treatment services/works, including the following: — Premium Surface Dressing, — Micro Asphalting and Footway Surface Treatments, — Carriageway Retexturing, — Joint Sealing, — Asphalt Preservation, — In-Situ Road Recycling, — Spray Injection Patching. The DPS is to be established by Dorset County Council but the following Councils will also have access as named authorities: — Borough of Poole Council, — Bournemouth Borough Council, — Devon County Council, — Plymouth City Council, — Swindon Borough Council. This DPS will be used to procure the following services/works: — Premium Surface Dressing, — Micro Asphalting and Footway Surface Treatments, — Carriageway Retexturing, — Joint Sealing, — Asphalt Preservation, — In-Situ Road Recycling, — Spray Injection Patching. All organisations that meet and pass the exclusion and selection criteria detailed within the e-procurement portal will be admitted to the DPS. For specific contracts all suppliers admitted to the DPS will be invited to tender. The award criteria will be price only but may be formulated more precisely for each specific contracts, as set out in the invitation to tender for each specific contract.
