An Post have a requirement for provision of expert advice in a number of areas relating to the implementation of their current strategy and the development of a long term strategy. An Post is seeking advice from external partners in a number of areas. An Post will set up 15 multi-party framework agreements (to be awarded in Lots) to cover requirements which are set out below. Lot 1: The design of an economic model for the Retail. Lot 2: Performance and core competency review in Retail. Lot 3: Business advice /consultancy for key activities such as Licences / Government services. Lot 4: Non Pay Review. Lot 5: Funding Support. Lot 6: Pensions Review. Lot 7: IT Review. Lot 8: Banking Strategy. Lot 9: Long Term Strategy. Lot 10: Dense Network Optimisation. Lot 11: Remuneration & Pay. Lot 12: Economic Advice. Lot 13: Leveraging Data Assets. Lot 14: Digital Landscape.
