Tender description

Contract for the provision of pumping out and cleaning of lift pits to residential lifts boroughwide for 5 years with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years. The services relates to attending to emergency lift flooding, removing drug paraphernalia, cleaning and disinfecting of the lift machine room, pit area and shaft, cleaning and disinfecting the area where pigeon droppings and vermin have been found and painting moving parts on a number of residential lifts in the Council’s housing portfolio on an ad-hoc basis. Provision of pumping out and cleaning services to residential lifts boroughwide. The estimated total contract value was GBP 154 000 for 5 years with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years by mutual consent.
