Tender description

Supply of City Centre base paramics model development plus scenario testing. The purpose of this brief is to procure an updated paramics model covering the Dundee City Centre area which is capable of assessing a range of transport interventions associated with the implementation of a low emission zone in Dundee City Centre along with traffic management measures related to assessment of any future City Centre developments. A series of scenario tests utilising the above model and other appropriate strategic models may also be required in financial year 2019-2020 – subject to funding approval.This commission comprises 2 elements. The first is the update of the existing Dundee City Centre Paramics model and the second is the use of this and other appropriate transport models to undertake a series of scenario tests and aire outputs for potential use in an ADMS air quality model.
