Tender description
The works to be undertaken are for the refurbishment of 3 floors of an existing 5 storey office block (28/30 The Parade) to provide an education training facility and open plan office accommodation. The education facility will be located on the ground and 1st floors with a total area of 1,147 sqm and will include a library, clinical skills lab, student hub, classrooms and open plan office accommodation. Works to ground and 1st floors also include the installation of a new HVAC system. The 2nd floor, with a total area of 758 sqm, will be fitted out to provide open plan office accommodation. Works are expected to be phased and run for 8 months commencing at the end of November 2018 with completion targeted for September 2019. Keywords: HVAC, refurbishment, office
