Tender description
OSi invites tenders from suitably qualified individuals or companies who can provide Board Secretary services and support as required to the Board of OSi and Board committees, including the Audit and Risk Committee. Board Secretary services required are those as set out in the 2016 Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies (‘the Code’) in describing the role of the Secretary to the Board.
