Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of single party framework agreement for Provision of On-Site Technical Support. The following are within the scope of this tender: - The Supply of On-Site Technical Support Technicians for LWETB. - The supply of Remote Support ( out of hours on an ad hoc basis) - Management and support of the On-Site Technical Support Technicians - Provision of all necessary insurance, equipment, transport and any other elements required for the Technicians to successfully carry out their duties. The following are outside the scope of this tender: - Helpdesk services. - Hardware warranties on existing equipment.
