This tender was open to: Insurance companies authorised under the Insurance Companies Act 1982, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, or authorised and regulated by EU member states' equivalent legislation; able to write the classes of business set out in this notice; and credit and financial strength rating by Standard & Poor's (or equivalent) of 'A'. Confidential Information will be made available to all qualifying prospective tenderers. Time limit for receipt of requests for documents was 04.05.2018.
