NHS Rotherham CCG is seeking to appoint a provider to support a community placement for patient X. The provider is to offer high quality, safe accommodation and staffing which meet the Patient's needs. Full details of the Authority's requirements are set out in the attached Specification in Document 2. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing premises to deliver this service and will need to demonstrate that they can deliver services of a continuously high quality and will be responsive to the needs of the patient. The provider will be assessed on an on-going basis to ensure they deliver the quality required.
