Tender description

A new wellbeing hub is being built at Baysgarth Leisure Centre in Barton-upon-Humber which will include a library, leisure and wellbeing activities and a café. We would like to consult the market to gain an understanding of how they would deliver a café provision at the Hub. North Lincolnshire Council would like to consult the market to determine potential enterprise options in respect of delivering a café facility in the Barton Hub (The Hub). The existing leisure centre in Barton is being extended to form the new Barton Hub which will comprise of the existing Leisure Centre, a new library with integrated access point to wider Council Services and facilities to support community services. It is envisaged the café provision will be required from Spring 2019. The café will be a new opportunity at the Hub (previously served by vending machines) and has potential to attract visitors from Baysgarth Park and the wider area. We are open to exploring opportunities with Providers, including (but not limited to) social, training, commercial or franchise operations.
