Westminster City Council is developing the Oxford Street District Place Strategy and Delivery Plan to make a significant improvement in the District to ensure it keeps its world class status. This project will include working with established partners to deliver detailed design and the construction of high-quality public realm and highway improvements across the District. This is a prestigious development for Westminster and is a key phase in the over-arching city centre regeneration. This project will include design, construction and public realm improvements, the investment will be over 3-5 years with a minimum value of 150 000 000 GBP.
