The Housing Executive wishes to procure suitably qualified and competent contractors to carry out works in relation to external cyclical maintenance NIHE properties. It is proposed to have 12 lots awarded to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 Contractors. A tenderer can only be awarded a maximum of 2 contracts.
